Leading Entrepreneurship at 50

This post is my 50th, and there have been some lessons learned.

  • Bullet points rule.
  • 116 external domain inlinks is not enough.
  • It is true that Google can only account for half your traffic at best.
  • The Big Word Project has been well worth the small investment.
  • Titles are everything in this business.
  • This site is on-par with the Google benchmark, with a 2/5 bounce ratio.
  • I may not have the best ad placement on the web, but the 1/10th of 1% click ratio has held true for me.
  • Blogging is easy and challenging at the same time. It will take dedication and time.
  • You have to pre-plan everything on your blog.
  • I still do not know how to make millions off of my impressive “time on site” and “pages per visit” numbers.

I hope this helps your own planning a bit.
