  1. Who is the firm’s target market and why?
  2. Why will this target market purchase from your firm?
  3. What are the firm’s roadblocks to success?
  4. Why will management succeed?
  5. What will be the owner contribution ($, time, assets, IP, etc.)?
  6. What assets and people will be required?
  7. What is the expected required financial return?
  8. What is the proposed exit strategy?
  9. What is the funding requirement?
  10. Is there a clear tie between the financial, operational and marketing plans?
